Travel desk coordinator - CV Welcome
Position: Travel Desk Co-ordinator - SANDTON and MENLYN
Salary: R4 000 + Incentive on sales targets (earn up to R12 000 per month!)
Performance Bonus: Dependent on individual, division and company performance.

Hours: 3 days morning shift (06:00-15:00) 3 days afternoon shift (14:00-23:00) 3 days off

We run our own luxury fleet of vehicles at the hotel which will be part of your daily allocation and operational dispatch and management.

What YOU will do
  • Engagement with hotel guests assisting on all travel and tour arrangements
  • Allocations/dispatch with drivers of hotel fleet of vehicles
  • Billing and reconciliations of daily services to guest room account
  • Petty cash reconciliations to services and daily banking
  • Fleet inspections
  • Oversee the drivers and related queries
  • Relationship building between the hotel members and travellers
  • Selling of services and options on logistics travel to traveller

What YOU will need
  • Matric
  • Hospitality qualification
  • Minimum 2 years experience in hospitality
  • Own transport
  • Experience on MS Office / Excell / Word / Outlook
  • Fast learning and understanding of additional inhouse software programms
  • Confidence
  • Strong sales skills
  • Strong organisational and operational skills
  • Knowledge of route travels within Johannesburg
  • Reconciliation and finance understanding
  • Service centricity is a must!

Position: Chauffeur Driver - JOHANNESBURG
Salary: R5 000.00 CTC
Cell phone allowance: Cell phone provided
Transport: Company vehicle available to get to/from work

Hours: According to driver standby roster. Must expect to work after hours, weekends and on public holidays.

  • 5 Years driving experience.
  • Matric.
  • Valid driver’s licence.

  • Favourable mechanical competency.
  • Advanced and/or defensive driver training.
  • Must have own smart phone.
  • Must be prepared to work after hours / weekends / public holidays in accordance with the chauffeur roster.
  • Be technology savvy.
  • Proficient in English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Favourable knowledge of the traffic and road transportation legislation.
  • Well versed with the Gauteng public road network.
  • Fine eye for detail both technically and administratively

Salary: R2 900.00 CTC
Duty Manager Standby: N/a
Performance Bonus: Dependent on individual, division and company performance.
Availability: Immediately
Hours: Mon to Sun in accordance with the shift roster.

Professional Passenger Services requires the services of an energetic, enthusiastic people focused and service orientated individual who loves being of service.

The suitable candidate will work at our travel and concierge desks where they will assist guests at the hotels we are contracted to with luggage porterage as well as with room drops, laundry, luggage storage, newspaper/message/parcel drops etc.  The candidate will also be expected to know our reservation system and to be able to sell and book our tour and transfer offerings to hotel guests once trained.

Minimum requirements:
  • Must be prepared to work after hours /weekends / public holidays in accordance with the roster.
  • Must communicate clearly and effectively.
  • Must be reliable.
  • Service centricity is a must!
